Vermont in the early morning:
I’ve lived in and around Naperville all the while teaching in Naperville 203 and then starting my photography/design business. There is a lovely downtown with a Riverwalk that was created in 1981 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Naperville. Think of taking a walk when you’re in town!
The Grand Canyon in the winter!
This photo was from last winter in Central Park. I added and subtracted from the photo. Can you tell what the changes are?
Created a nature montage using secondary colors:
Thanks to Pastor Mark for a meaningful sermon today!
I’ve created this image, which is copyright free. All I ask is for my watermark to remain during your use.
My artwork will now be available, in addition to online and art fairs at: The Susie Gibbs Framing and Art Gallery, 514 Main Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47901. If you’re in the are, stop in. You might also want to visit her site: http://www.susiegibbsframingandartgallery.com/
The people that came to the Arlington Heights art fair were unbelievable! They bought everything I had – thank you!!! The sales were so fast I had people waiting in line to purchase and then others were waiting in line for Dick to bring anything else I hadn’t brought previously.
Instead of concentrating on photographs, I’m going to spend the next few months working on more of my digital images. Buyers were very interested in them and I’d like to design new ones, based on my photographs, to share.
Right now, one of the designs I’ve been working is a partially opaque butterfly using brushes that I’ve created from other butterflies. I’ll explain more of my work in future posts. Come back in September because I’ll start posting more at that time.
This past weekend was the Barrington, IL art fair…first of the season. The rest of my schedule is Promenade of Art: Arlington Heights, IL June 8-9. See you soon!
